YSB Inc. Listing on HKEX; Patrons Serves as the Capital Market Intermediary
On 28 June 2023, YSB Inc. (9885.HK) was successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at an issue price of HK$20 per share, and the amount of funds raised is HKD 215 million. On 28 June, it closed 5.5% higher at HK$21.1, with a total market capitalization of HK$13.343 billion. The net proceeds raised from the IPO were approximately HK$215 million, which was mainly used to further develop the pharmaceutical distribution business. With regard to this listing application, Patrons serves as a capital market intermediary and leveraging its resources and platform to facilitate the listing.
YSB Inc. is an integrated platform for out-of-hospital pharmaceutical services in China, connecting and empowering upstream (including pharmaceutical companies and distributors) and downstream (including pharmacies and primary care institutions) to provide out-of-hospital pharmaceutical services.
