Goldleaf International Launches IPO Patrons Acts as Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager

Goldleaf International Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Goldleaf International"; Stock Code: 8549.HK) has launched its initial public offering (IPO), with the subscription period running from September 30 to October 6, 2025. Patrons is acting as a Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager for this offering.

The IPO plans to issue 100 million shares, with an offer price ranging from HK$0.45 to HK$0.65 per share. The estimated net proceeds are between HK$45 million and HK$65 million. According to Patrons, Goldleaf International is expected to be officially listed on the GEM board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on October 10, 2025.

According to the prospectus, Goldleaf International was incorporated in Hong Kong in 2006. As an established contractor in Hong Kong's electrical and mechanical (E&M) engineering industry, the Company possesses nearly 20 years of deep industry experience. Its core business focuses on heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems, a segment that contributes over 90% of the Group's total revenue, serving as the core pillar of its financial performance.

According to Patrons, Goldleaf International has demonstrated a robust operating track record. In the 2023/24 and 2024/25 financial years, the Company undertook over 1,000 projects annually. During the same periods, revenue from its top five customers amounted to approximately HK$79.3 million and HK$105.2 million, accounting for 64.5% and 68.1% of total revenue, respectively, indicating strong stability in client collaboration.

Regarding service coverage, Goldleaf International has an extensive footprint across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Its service portfolio covers numerous prominent commercial and residential landmarks, including Olympian City in Tai Kok Tsui, China Hong Kong City in Tsim Sha Tsui, Citywalk in Tsuen Wan, Hang Lung Centre and Fashion Walk in Causeway Bay, Peak Galleria on The Peak, AIA Tower in North Point, Metro Harbour Plaza in Tai Kok Tsui, The Center in Central, Taikoo Place in Quarry Bay, AIRSIDE in Kai Tak, and The Metropolis Tower in Hung Hom.
