YSB Inc Listing on HKEX；Patrons Serves as the Capital Market Intermediary

On 28 June 2023, YSB Inc. (09885.HK) was successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at an issue price of HK$20 per share, and the amount of funds raised is HKD 215 million. There were 1,581,200 shares offered in Hong Kong and 14,227,600 shares were offered internationally in the public offering. On 28 June, it closed 5.5% higher at HK$21.1, with a total market capitalisation of HK$13.343 billion. The net proceeds raised from the IPO were approximately HK$215 million, which was mainly used to further develop the pharmaceutical distribution business. With regard to this listing application, Patrons serves as a capital market intermediary and leveraging its resources and platform to facilitate the listing.

YSB Inc. is an integrated platform for out-of-hospital pharmaceutical services in China, connecting and empowering upstream (including pharmaceutical companies and distributors) and downstream (including pharmacies and primary care institutions) to provide out-of-hospital pharmaceutical services. Based on total GMV (platform and proprietary models combined) in 2022, the company is the largest digital service platform of out-of-hospital pharmaceutical industry in China, accounting for 21% of the market share and recording a total merchandise transaction value (GMV) of $37.8 billion, up 37% year-on-year.
