Beijing Luzhu Biotech Listing on Hong Kong Stock Exchange

Beijing Luzhu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. ( "Luzhu Biotech", 02480.HK) will be listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 8 May. The net proceeds are HK$241.6 million at the issue price of HK$32.80 per H share.

It is reported that Luzhu Biotech,which founded in 2001, is one of the earliest Chinese biotechnology companies and a biotechnology company focused on the field of human medicine, developing innovative human vaccines and therapeutic biologics for the prevention and control of infectious diseases, as well as the treatment of cancer and autoimmune diseases.
