Beijing Tong Ren Tang Healthcare Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tong Ren Tang Healthcare"), stock code 2667.HK, has officially launched its public offering from June 26 to July 2, 2026. The Patrons Financial Group team is serving as the Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager for this IPO.
According to Patrons Financial Group, the IPO plans to globally offer approximately 108 million H-shares, of which 10% will be offered in Hong Kong and the remainder offered internationally. The offer price range is HK$5.48 to HK$6.21 per share, and the maximum net proceeds are expected to be approximately HK$671 million. The company is scheduled to list on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 7, 2026.
